However when the subject was recently presented to me again, I investigated further, and was stunned to learn that what is called "thighing" of infants and children by Muslim men, is described by the "permanent committee for the scientific research and fatwahs (religious decrees)", as a practice that they described as unlawful for Muhammad's followers while admitting that it "... has become wide spread these days, and especially during weddings, the habit of mufa’khathat of the children (mufa’khathat literally translated means "placing between the thighs"......)" Go ahead and Google the term. If indeed the practice is unlawful, how many men can we guess have been convicted of this "wide spread" practice, in the Islamic world? If a pervert got imprisoned for this horror in the U.S., convicted felons who are at least capable of recognizing manifest evil, would likely snuff him out within the week.
